Why do We Do What We Do?

We believe that everyone needs help once in a while, and that there is no one solution that fits all. We are passionate about finding the right way to support each and every client, in whichever way works best for them.

Do you hate phone calls with passion, but are happy to email or text? Prefer to talk it through on teams? Or do you like a beautifully organised to do list, just for you? We can help. Visual learners might want images, or charts, some may prefer voice-notes or reports. Some might work best with a little body-doubling or task scheduling software, we are committed to finding the right way to help you.

We have extensive experience assisting those with varying neurodivergences and disabilities, both with their professional and personal admin needs, privately, and through Access to Work. We may be the support you have needed or wanted for so long.

We will not provide you with a list of the types of tasks we are happy to complete - as the list is too long! We ‘chip in’ wherever necessary, virtually, from ordering medication to organising meetings and buying birthday gifts - whatever the client needs within reason. But please note that we are VA’s, our aid is not designed to replace that or professionals in their field, and if we feel a task requires such a professional we will advise as such. An example being Tax advice from an accountant, we would be willing to help upload receipts to software or reconcile data, but we are not Accountants, Solicitors or Doctors.

Samantha - Virtual Assistant

Samantha is a firm believer that not everyone works or learns the same, and that support shouldn’t be one size fits all either. She has a Law Degree, is working on her Law masters degree and is a working mum of four.

She is experienced with working with neurodivergent clients, has a neurodivergent family, and has real life experience working around the challenges they face on a daily basis.

When not supporting clients she can be found gaming, out with the kids or settled down with a good book and a fluffy blanket. It is no wonder she and Hannah get along so well!

Ashley - IT Support Specialist

Ash has experience in day to day IT support, crafting and recommending IT solutions for large schools and networks. If you need tech based advice to help your business, he may be the guy for you.

When not working on his latest IT project, Ashley can also be found gaming, reading or out with his children - most likely also grumping about how there are just far too many people outside for him…

Hannah - Virtual Assistant

Hannah is passionate about building support that works for our clients, support that is sustainable and shaped around real lives. With lived experience of fibromyalgia she understands burnout, pacing and limited spoons and brings that awareness into the support she builds for our clients. Helping people is at the heart of what Hannah does. Seeing someone thrive and feel lighter makes her happy! She loves organising, planning, sorting and body doubling to help clients get things done.

At home Hannah is a mum of three and step mum of two. When she isn’t working you will usually find her gaming, out on walks or the skateboard or curled up with a good book.

Client Reviews

“Sam is kind and considerate person and really takes the time to get to know you and how your brain works. She really helped me to get my business off the ground and make new connections with potential clients. She also really understood that I struggle with hand pain and was great at transcribing things for me quickly and efficiently.”

Molly Palmrock - Artist, gardener and community connector - www.mollypalmrock.co.uk/

“Working with Hannah has been really supportive, she really understands the challenges of a neurospicy brain but doesn’t treat them as problems or failures, instead she helps find ways to bring out your magic in the best ways by supporting you in your business and structures and championing your ideas in a truly genuine way. ”
